DO YOU TRAVEL FOR PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS?

Travel Fee Policy

I’m happy to travel to capture your special moments! A travel fee applies for locations outside of [your base location].

• Local travel (within [0-40] miles): No charge

• Extended travel: $[ 1 ] per mile (round trip) or flat rate depending on location

• Out-of-state or overnight travel: Custom quote including transportation, lodging, and per diem

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?

I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your shoot, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no additional cost if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled shoot. Any reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a rescheduling fee of $[100].

• Cancellations:

– If you cancel 24+ hours in advance, the retainer is still non-refundable, but it can be applied to a future session within 30 days.

– If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking fee is non-refundable and no credit toward future bookings.

• No-shows: If you fail to show up without notice, the session is considered canceled and NO REFUND will be given.

DO YOU OFFER DIGITAL FILES, PRINTS, OR ALBUMS?

All sessions include high-resolution, professionally edited digital images, delivered through a private online gallery via Pixieset.

• Easily view, download, and share your images

• Includes printing rights so you can print at your preferred lab

• Gallery is available for [6 Months] after delivery

At this time, I do not offer prints or albums, but you’re welcome to download and print your images wherever you’d like.

Yes — I offer custom sessions and add-ons that may not be listed online!

Yes! I offer the option to connect before your session to make sure we’re on the same page and you feel totally comfortable.

• We can meet in person (locally) or virtually via Zoom or phone

• It’s a great time to talk about your vision, outfits, locations, or any questions

• Pre-session consults are complimentary and help ensure a smooth, personalized experience

HOW LONG TILL I RECEIVE THE FINAL PHOTOS?

Turnaround time for final, edited photos is typically:

• [9-10] business days for regular portrait sessions (usually sooner depending on slow or busy season)

• [1-3 Months] weeks for events or larger galleries (like weddings or branding shoots)

Your images will be delivered via a private Pixieset gallery, where you can download, share, and save your favorites.

I always aim for a balance between quality and speed, and I’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
